Yackeline serves as the lead accountant at A Plus Construction of SW FL, where she manages all financial operations with precision, transparency, and strategic foresight. With over 25 years of expertise in construction accounting and financial management, she is instrumental in safeguarding the company’s financial health and driving its long-term stability.

Yeniss Otero serves as our Project Manager, overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. She ensures that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets the highest quality standards. Additionally, Yeniss manages the permitting process, facilitating smooth and timely approvals to keep projects on track.

Hanzel Perez is responsible for handling the final touches and minor repairs needed to prepare a home for delivery. His duties include installing fixtures, performing touch-up painting, adjusting doors and windows, inspecting basic plumbing and electrical systems, and addressing any outstanding issues. This role is crucial in ensuring the home is completed to the highest standards and ready to meet customer expectations.
