Standard Features & Specifications

Site Preparation

  • All permits included (impact fees included)

  • Standard lot preparation per county requirements, where applicable

  • Clearing for home, driveway, septic, well, and utility paths (FPL & LCEC), where applicable

  • Fill provided to meet elevation requirements (up to 18” in Collier County and 36” in Lee County), where applicable and no wetland issues exist

  • Soil pre-treatment for termites

  • Final termite treatment, if required by city/county

  • Compaction test on house pad

  • Monolithic slab construction (per floor plan)

  • Standard right-of-way culvert for one driveway (per city/county requirements)

  • Utility connection charges (FPL & LCEC) included (additional work not included)

Not Included:

  • Exotic vegetation removal for Collier County inspections

  • Department of Environmental Protection requirements

  • Builder’s risk insurance
